Full Job Description About SNAG:
SNAG is a Denver-based apparel and headwear company helping businesses, brands, and individuals create merchandise people actually want to wear. We specialize in premium custom hats and apparel, alongside our own original designs. We're a small, creative team that cares about quality, thoughtful design, and a great customer experience. We're looking for an organized, personable, and proactive Account Manager to help turn new inquiries into orders and first-time buyers into long-term customers.

Role:
You'll be a primary point of contact for our custom merchandise customers, guiding them from their initial idea through product selection, mockups, quotes, and order approval. This role combines sales, customer service, and creative problem-solving. You'll respond to incoming leads, keep opportunities moving, and stay connected with existing customers to generate repeat business. You'll also coordinate with our design and production teams to ensure order details are accurate and customer expectations are clear. The right person enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and can manage multiple projects without letting details or follow-ups slip through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup machine, change thread colors, and change needles
  • Produce quality embroidery that matches approved samples
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments and trims
  • General machine maintenance (oiling, grease, cleaning lint, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You'll Do:
Respond promptly and thoughtfully to customer inquiries by email and phone. Help customers select products and customization options that fit their brand, budget, and timeline. Prepare and coordinate customer mockups, quotes, invoices, and order details. Follow up on open quotes and active leads to answer questions and turn inquiries into confirmed orders. Keep our CRM accurate and organized, with clear notes, next steps, and follow-up dates. Build relationships with existing customers through proactive check-ins, reorder reminders, and relevant product suggestions. Confirm artwork approvals, quantities, product specifications, and deadlines before handing orders off to production. Communicate order updates and work with the team to resolve questions or issues. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and grow your book of business.
What You Bring:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and consistent follow-through. Attention to detail when working with artwork, pricing, quantities, and order specifications. The ability to prioritize competing deadlines and keep multiple customer projects moving. A friendly, professional approach and confidence asking questions, making recommendations, and following up. Comfort learning new software and keeping customer information up to date. The ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team. Experience in account management, sales, or customer service is a plus, but we're open to candidates with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn. Bonus Points Experience with custom apparel, embroidery, screen printing, or promotional products. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, especially creating product mockups. Experience using CRM, e-commerce, or order management software. An eye for design and an interest in apparel, headwear, and branding. Ideas for improving how we sell, serve customers, and grow.
