Job Description

Job Summary A team-oriented organization in Greeley, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary E-Commerce Specialist to support online product listings, Shopify content updates, inventory accuracy, and digital product presentation. This is an on-site role for someone who enjoys fast-paced e-commerce work, takes pride in accuracy, and can keep an online store looking professional, organized, and customer-ready. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with hands-on Shopify experience who is creative, dependable, and comfortable balancing product content, images, pricing, and inventory updates. You will gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, digital content, online retail, and product merchandising while working with a supportive team in a structured Monday through Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Shopify product listings, including descriptions, pricing, specifications, photos, and inventory details.
  • Upload new products and update existing listings quickly as product availability, pricing, or information changes.
  • Take clear product photos, organize images, and ensure listings are visually appealing and customer-friendly.
  • Review online store content regularly to identify and correct errors, missing details, outdated pricing, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Create engaging, accurate product descriptions that are easy for customers to understand.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with the team to keep products ready for online sales. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $17.00 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday.
  • Workdays:
    8.5 hours per day.
  • Position type: Temp-to-Hire.
  • Assignment length: 3-month temporary position.
  • Location:
    Greeley, CO.
  • Work arrangement: This is not a remote position.

  • Manage Shopify product listings and online store updates.
  • Create, upload, and maintain digital product content.
  • Support inventory accuracy and online merchandising.
  • Take and upload product photos for e-commerce listings.
  • Previous hands-on experience with Shopify is required.
  • Experience creating and uploading digital content.
  • Strong computer, internet, and data-entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating clear product descriptions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple products and priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Reliable, dependable, and proactive in identifying and correcting listing errors. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous e-commerce, online retail, or product catalog management experience.
  • Creative and visually minded approach to product presentation.
  • Basic comfort with product photography, image organization, or simple photo editing.
  • Experience keeping online stores organized, accurate, and visually consistent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and pride in maintaining a professional online shopping experience.
