The Associate Brand Manager will partner cross-functionally with marketplaces, creative, media, and e-Commerce teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that build brand awareness, drive conversion, and increase customer loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid social, influencer marketing, TikTok, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines brand storytelling with performance digital marketing to drive brand growth alongside the assigned Brand Manager and the Marketing team. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of digital-first brand strategies and assist with content calendars across paid social (Meta, YouTube), TikTok, influencer marketing, Amazon, and e-commerce optimization. Support the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager in end-to-end campaign development and ongoing content series, including briefing, launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis. Assist in the development and upkeep of influencer marketing templates and discord incentives serving as the liaison between the Digital Marketplaces team and the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager. Execute as assigned. Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives, including blog, storytelling, and content development, ensuring proper backlinking and content structuring to improve discoverability across AI-driven platforms such as Amazon (Rufus) and other generative AI search environments for all assigned brands. Assist the Bilingual Digital Brand Manager by analyzing back-end reporting metrics from platforms such as TikTok, Seller Central, and Meta, and translating data into actionable insights to evaluate and inform marketing initiatives. Support the Bilingual Digital Brand Manager with brand presence and performance across Amazon and other digital selling platforms, including product listings, content, and promotional strategies. Stay up to date on emerging digital platforms, trends, and best practices. Maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all digital and offline channels. Coordinate with creative, production, and media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns. Support the Bilingual Digital Brands Manager to reach financial objectives and goals. Assist with financial analysis for multiple brands and portfolio evaluations. Assist in managing brand calendars, timelines, and deliverables. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in business, communications, English, marketing, media communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar position. Understanding of the full marketing mix, including experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile, and email. Proven experience executing campaigns across digital channels (paid social, search, display, influencer, and/or eCommerce) Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
Experience using the following technologies:
Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Marketing Services, Microsoft Ads, SEM Rush, Sprout Social, (Sellics, Dotdigital, and YotPo,) is a plus. Background in D2C CPG products and/or healthcare and the supplement industry a plus. Meta, Google, or a digital marketing certification a plus. Advanced Google Analytics certification a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to be a self-starter that can take on tasks and projects and drive them to completion. Creative and analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear narratives for a wide range of stakeholder audiences. Great at multi-tasking. Excellent organizational skills.
