•Florida's Estate Liquidation is the newest division of Florida's Antique Mall, Florida's Largest Antique Mall we are combining the excitement of live, in-person auctions with online simulcast bidding. We're looking for someone who wants more than a job. We're looking for someone who wants to help scale a well tested model from the ground up. Our leadership team has years of experience in business, marketing, retail, and antiques. We know where we're going, and we're looking for someone who's excited to learn, adapt, and grow alongside us. This business is going to be successful, and we want the right person to be part of that journey from the very beginning. What you'll do Photograph auction items with professional attention to detail. Research, write, and upload compelling item descriptions using auction software. Manage and maintain online auction listings. Receive, organize, catalog, and prepare consignments. Help stage and present auction items. Assist with both live auctions and online simulcast events. Work directly with consignors and customers. Be present in daily operations and collaborate closely with leadership. Help improve systems, processes, and shape the future of the business as we grow. We're looking for someone who… Has strong computer skills and learns new software quickly. Has experience with photography, media, or content creation. Pays close attention to detail and stays highly organized. Communicates well with customers and teammates. Is dependable, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Wants to be part of a growing company rather than simply clocking in and out. Has a positive attitude and is excited to learn. Experience with auctions, antiques, collectibles, e-commerce, photography, or social media is preffered, but we're willing to invest in the right person who is willing to lean in to learn. This role offers significant room for growth as Florida's Estate Liquidation expands. You'll have the opportunity to build new skills, take on increasing responsibility, and help create one of Florida's premier estate auction companies.
