We're looking for a Sales & Design Specialist with proven sales experience to join our E-Commerce Department. This is primarily a B2B sales-first role—you'll be helping professionals grow their businesses by designing their client's dream kitchens, and partnering their success with your own (and ours!) If you love sales, are motivated by bonuses, and enjoy connecting with people, this is the job for you. What You'll Do Training! New systems, product knowledge and our E-Commerce sales process Contribute to marketing, advertising, social media and networking decisions / platforms Proactively follow up with leads, make phone calls, and close deals Understand customer needs and recommend cabinet solutions Prepare accurate quotes and estimates Collaborate with warehouses and sales team to ensure order fulfillment Coordinate with logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery Meet and exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For Sales experience is

REQUIRED

• B2B preferred You are driven by results and love working toward goals Outgoing and confident communicator
• not afraid to pick up the phone or approach new opportunities Professional, adaptable and goal oriented attitude Comfortable learning design and product details (we'll train you!)
