E-Commerce Inventory & Pricing Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented E-Commerce Inventory & Pricing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing and optimizing online product listings, and developing market-based pricing strategies across eBay, Amazon, and internal systems . The ideal candidate has hands-on e-commerce experience , strong data skills, and the ability to research market trends to drive pricing decisions and improve sell-through. This position plays a direct role in revenue performance, inventory accuracy, and overall marketplace efficiency. Key Responsibilities Verify and reconcile physical inventory against system records Maintain and update inventory data in Google Sheets Create, manage, and optimize product listings on eBay and Amazon Research sold listings, competitors, and market trends to determine pricing Adjust pricing based on demand, sell-through, and market conditions Identify inventory discrepancies, slow-moving items, and pricing opportunities Perform root-cause analysis on inventory or data inconsistencies and recommend improvements Collaborate internally to improve inventory workflows and listing accuracy Maintain organized, accurate records across all systems Required Qualifications Proven experience working in an e-commerce environment (required) Experience managing or optimizing online product listings Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel Experience working with inventory or ERP systems Analytical mindset with ability to research pricing and interpret market data Comfortable working with SKUs, part numbers, and structured datasets Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with eBay and/or Amazon Seller platforms Inventory management, pricing analysis, or operations background Familiarity with electronics or enterprise IT hardware Experience reviewing sold comps and pricing trends
