Shoe Odditorium is a small Orlando business that sells authenticated sneakers and collectibles online through Shopify, TikTok Shop, and In-Person Events. Every pair we sell is sourced responsibly, checked by hand, and 100% authenticated before it is eligible for sale. We are a founder-led shop, and we are hiring our first Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder and help run the day to day. Pay and hours $18 to $23 per hour, depending on the skills you bring. 20 to 35 hours per week, in-person in Orlando, Florida. We set a weekly schedule with you when you start, with at least 20 hours guaranteed, and it stays predictable so you can plan around it. What you will do Keep the operation organized: log new pairs in our inventory tracker (Google Sheets), keep shelves and bins labeled, and flag anything that looks off Get orders out the door: check each pair against the order, pack it carefully, print the label, and hand it to the carrier Make the marketing listings look good: photograph shoes on our simple setup, upload photos to Shopify, and keep product pages accurate Support content and customers: help film short TikTok videos and lives (behind the camera is great; on camera is optional), and reply to customer messages in a friendly, clear voice Keep the founder on track: scheduling, supply runs, reminders, and small projects Who this is for You are organized and reliable, and you like checking your work You are comfortable with spreadsheets, or willing to learn (we will teach you our systems) You write clearly in text and email You can work in person at our Orlando location You can move shoe boxes and shipping packages (usually under 25 pounds), with or without reasonable accommodation Nice to have, not required Interest in sneakers, streetwear, or collectibles Experience with Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, or product photography Comfortable talking on camera Spanish or another second language What you get Training on inventory, shipping, product photography, and e-commerce tools that transfer anywhere A pay review at 90 days, and a role that grows with the business into operations, content, or e-commerce work A flexible schedule you can plan around A small team where your ideas get used Employee discount on sneakers and collectibles If you are excited about this job but do not check every box, please apply anyway.
