An E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing an organization's online sales. Responsible for the image of the company and generating sales through the internet. They oversee a team of web and software developers who contribute to the look and systems of the website.
Cabana Miami is seeking a talented and motivated E-Commerce and Digital Growth Manager to take ownership of our online business and help us build the next stage of our growth. We are looking for a hands-on individual with broad knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, email marketing, product photography, digital content, and AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, independent, results-driven, and excited about the opportunity to build something new.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our Shopify website and Amazon store Create, optimize, and upload new product listings Maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory, images, and collections Photograph products and create professional content for online sales Improve product pages, descriptions, SEO, and conversion rates Create and manage email marketing campaigns Use AI tools to improve images, content, research, marketing, and daily operations Monitor online sales, website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance Develop promotions and new strategies to increase sales Maintain Amazon Seller Central listings and account health Identify opportunities, solve problems, and take responsibility for projects from beginning to completion Build organized systems that support the future growth of the business
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central Experience with email marketing and digital content Product photography and photo editing skills Strong practical knowledge of AI tools Understanding of SEO, e-commerce, online merchandising, and digital marketing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Creative, proactive, reliable, and focused on measurable results Strong written and verbal English communication skills Experience with furniture, home décor, or retail products is preferred
