Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Commerce Product Content & SEO Specialist to build and optimize product listings across our portfolio of e-commerce websites. Our company manages multiple online stores featuring premium grills, fireplaces, outdoor kitchen equipment, and related products. With thousands of products and ongoing catalog expansion, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our product data is accurate, structured, and optimized for both search engines and customer conversion. This is a production-focused role requiring strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to work efficiently across large product catalogs. What You'll Do Create and publish complete product listings across multiple e-commerce websites Build product pages using manufacturer resources (spec sheets, brochures, manuals, brand websites) Write and structure product titles, descriptions, features, and specifications Create SEO-optimized meta titles and meta descriptions Organize products into correct categories, attributes, and variations Configure product options and ensure accurate setup Upload images and supporting documentation Update and improve existing product listings Use AI tools to generate content efficiently, while reviewing for accuracy and clarity Collaborate with our IT team to ensure proper product structure and implementation What Success Looks Like Consistently publishing high-quality, fully completed product listings each week Maintaining accuracy across specifications, options, and product details Creating clean, structured product pages that are easy for customers to understand Improving consistency and reducing errors across our catalog What We're Looking For Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, structured product content Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, meta titles, meta descriptions) Ability to interpret technical product information from manufacturer materials Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured templates and processes Comfortable working with large product catalogs and repetitive, detail-oriented tasks Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and stay focused on production goals Comfortable using AI tools to assist with content creation Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience with e-commerce platforms (OpenCart, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) Familiarity with Google Analytics or Search Console Experience with keyword research tools Additional Information This role involves working with large volumes of product data and requires comfort with structured, detail-oriented work. It is best suited for individuals who enjoy organization, accuracy, and producing consistent results.
Compensation Salary:
$52,000 Performance-based bonuses tied to productivity and accuracy Full-time position (Monday-Friday) Application Process Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a short product listing exercise as part of the interview process.Pay:
