Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Dealership Products Research Specialist to help our automotive dealership identify, research, and source the products and supplies needed for day-to-day operations. This position goes beyond traditional automotive parts. You will research and locate a wide variety of dealership products, including license plate frames, window stickers, key tags and key rings, markers and sharpies, printer paper, and other dealership-specific products. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys researching products online, comparing options and pricing, finding reliable vendors, and making sure the dealership has access to the right products at the right price. Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm Responsibilities Research and find dealership products and supplies online. Compare vendors, pricing, quality, and availability. Source items such as license plate frames, window stickers, key rings/tags, Sharpies, printer paper, forms, vehicle display supplies, office supplies, and more. Find alternative products and new vendors when needed. Maintain accurate product and vendor information. Resourceful and persistent when looking for hard-to-find products Work with different departments to identify and source what they need. Qualifications Excellent computer and online research skills. Strong attention to detail Must be able to work with Apple Products (MAC) Comfortable working independently but fast paced environment. Organized and able to handle multiple requests. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable comparing products and prices. Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required . $50,000.00 per year
