Test and inspect phones, laptops, tablets, consoles, and other electronics. Check battery health, IMEI, carrier/lock status, ports, cameras, screens, and overall function. Identify and document all defects accurately. Clean, photograph, and prepare devices for sale. Create 30+ accurate listings on Shopify and eBay , including titles, specs, condition, SKU, and accessories daily. Match products and inventory carefully to avoid listing or shipping errors. Pack orders securely using proper protective materials and double-box fragile/high-value items. Print shipping labels, upload tracking, and meet daily shipping deadlines. Wipe devices and remove all personal accounts before shipping. Keep workstations, inventory, and records clean and organized. Follow company procedures and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Requirements:

In-person position in Duluth, GA . Knowledge of iPhones, Android phones, MacBooks, Windows laptops, iPads, and game consoles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Typing speed of 50+ WPM with good accuracy. Able to work independently and handle electronics/boxes safely. eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Mercari, refurbishing, repair, or fulfillment experience is a plus.
