PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Analytics:
Assist with creating reports, analyzing sales and advertising performance, and identifying trends that help the team make better business decisions across key eCommerce channels.
Digital Marketing Support:
Help monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns by reviewing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and learning how marketing investments drive business results.
Retailer & Business Support:
Partner with team members to support day-to-day eCommerce operations, retailer initiatives, promotions, and cross-functional projects that improve the customer experience.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging eCommerce tools to uncover insights and opportunities that support business growth.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business with a focus on Marketing and/or E-commerce. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Data management and analysis. Familiarity with design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Ability to communicate effectively and stay organized. Ability to bring enthusiasm to teamwork. Previous E-Commerce experience or equivalent coursework is preferred
