We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help process tested computer components and electronics for online resale. This position combines hands-on product handling with research, photography, inventory entry, and order fulfillment. It is a good fit for someone with beginner to intermediate familiarity with PC hardware who enjoys working carefully, staying organized, and learning repeatable processes. You do not need formal IT experience or advanced Excel skills. We will train the right person on our product-listing workflow, Excel-based templates, Rithum Brands inventory process, testing procedures, and company standards. What you'll do Identify common computer components and electronics, including GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, power supplies, storage drives, cables, and accessories. Research and record key product details, such as manufacturer, model number/MPN, compatible device type, form factor, ports, and condition. Assist with basic functional hardware testing by following established instructions and escalating unusual or complex issues when needed. Enter existing products into inventory using Rithum Brands. Create listings for new products using a structured Excel template that generates product descriptions and listing information. Take clear product photographs for e-commerce listings, including photos of serial numbers, ports, labels, accessories, and cosmetic condition. Follow file-naming conventions, SKU standards, and product-data requirements accurately. Prepare processed items for organized storage and maintain a clean, efficient workspace. Pull and pack outgoing orders from packing lists as needed. What we're looking for Beginner to intermediate knowledge of computer parts and consumer electronics, or a strong interest in learning. Ability to recognize or learn common PC components such as graphics cards, processors, motherboards, power supplies, RAM, and storage devices. Comfortable using a computer, web research, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Ability to enter data accurately and follow a repeatable process. Strong attention to detail—accuracy in SKUs, file names, serial numbers, model numbers, and product condition is more important than speed. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while asking questions when needed. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and complete physical tasks such as handling, lifting, organizing, and packing inventory. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Helpful, but not required Experience building, upgrading, repairing, or troubleshooting personal computers. Familiarity with GPUs, CPUs, motherboards, RAM, power supplies, storage, and peripherals. Experience with product photography, online marketplaces, warehouse work, inventory systems, listing products online, or order fulfillment.
