Job Description

Position Summary The Digital Growth & Revenue Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing opportunities that drive overall company revenue growth. This position combines sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, Amazon, analytics, and business development to increase customer acquisition, sales, and profitability across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and growth-focused, with experience using digital platforms and data to identify opportunities and drive measurable results. Amazon expertise is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to increase overall company revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability. Analyze sales, customer, product, marketplace, advertising, and website data to identify growth opportunities. Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising , including product listings, pricing, promotions, keywords, and advertising performance. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Shopping , and other digital sales channels. Identify opportunities for growth across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, marketplace, and other sales channels. Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop campaigns and strategies that generate leads and increase sales. Identify opportunities for new products, markets, customers, sales channels, and strategic partnerships. Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer behavior. Evaluate product and category performance and recommend strategies to increase sales and profitability. Support website, SEO, conversion optimization, and digital customer experience initiatives. Develop reports and dashboards tracking revenue, sales performance, customer acquisition, advertising performance, and other key metrics. Use data to evaluate sales and marketing initiatives and recommend opportunities for growth. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership on company-wide growth initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in revenue growth, sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, business development, or a related field. Amazon Seller Central experience strongly preferred. Experience with Amazon Advertising and Google Ads preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business strategies. Understanding of sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and take ownership of results.
Preferred Experience:
Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, SEO, CRM systems, B2B sales, large SKU/product catalogs, marketplace management, or experience in the outdoor power equipment, automotive, or parts industry.
