Monday - Friday Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an e-Business Specialist to support a Federal Agency's Regional Contracting Office in New Orleans, Louisiana. This position is responsible for supporting federal acquisition and e-Business systems utilized across Department of Defense procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting DoD acquisition systems and providing technical assistance to contracting professionals. This role serves as a subject matter expert for procurement-related applications and will provide troubleshooting, training, and systems support to end users. Responsibilities Provide functional support for DoD acquisition and e-Business systems. Troubleshoot issues related to System for Award Management (SAM), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Data Access (EDA), and Electronic Procurement System (ePS). Coordinate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams to resolve system issues. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and job aids. Deliver desk-side and virtual training to contracting personnel. Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements. Assist users with account management, system access, and technical inquiries. Prepare reports and communicate system updates to stakeholders. Support implementation of new acquisition technologies and enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Four (4) years of direct federal procurement systems support experience may be substituted for a degree. Minimum of three (3) years supporting DoD e-Business or acquisition systems. Experience supporting SAM, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, and ePS. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Experience developing training materials and conducting end-user training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting contracting organizations within the Department of Defense. Familiarity with federal acquisition lifecycle processes.
