As an E-Commerce Operations Manager , you'll serve as the critical link between the company's digital storefront and its physical inventory. You'll work closely with the warehouse and vendor teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

As an E-Commerce Operations Manager , you will be responsible for: Maintain online order portals to ensure a smooth digital shopping experience. Manage website updates including pricing adjustments, user account creation, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate warehouse and vendor operations to power efficient order fulfillment. Track shipping progress and monitor stock levels to prevent inventory gaps. Audit inventory records and manage the procurement process for new supplies. Process purchase orders with a high degree of mathematical accuracy.

What You'll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Personal Characteristics:

High tech literacy with the ability to navigate Windows and web-based stacks quickly; strong independence and the ability to manage a "to-do list" without constant supervision.

Physical Abilities:

Ability to work in a general office setting, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods of time on occasion.

Bonus Points:
