The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Ecommerce Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As an Ecommerce Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures. What will you do? Respond to customer inquiries daily with timely, solution focused communication Work closely with fulfillment team to prevent and resolve order issues Manage order edits, update order requests, etc. Provide proactive tracking updates to improve guest Maintain consistent brand voice across customer interactions Basic data entry and performance reporting Supports Ecommerce Manager with photo/content production during peak campaigns Assist Ecommerce Manager with marketing campaigns, product launches, etc. Assist with monitoring site for product opportunities More about you Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required Previous experience working with a point-of-sale system is required High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform experience preferred Physical requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders Shift details
