POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Operations Specialist helps drive the onboarding and execution of product offerings and performs key operational and analytical tasks to optimize the performance of BPS websites. A key contributor within the Digital team, the Digital Operations Specialist, will have a large focus on helping to build and manage the assortment of products that are fulfilled directly by BPS vendor partners. Key responsibilities include assisting with vendor and product setup and monitoring order fulfillment processes to ensure great customer experiences. This is an onsite position located in Springfield, Missouri.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leverages acquired knowledge of systems and processes to drive the onboarding of vendors and product data that become BPS web offerings. Leverage knowledge of product data and ecommerce requirements to ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor partner data. Communicates and coordinates effectively with a broad cross functional internal team and with vendor partners. Provides reporting and analysis to key stakeholders with recommendations. Builds reports using reporting tools, synthesizes data from multiple sources/reports to put together a final output for stakeholders.
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Degree:
Bachelor's Degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related preferred
Experience:
3 years' experience in ecommerce/online marketplace operations, merchandising, marketing, digital media or related field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
Proficient with Microsoft Excel to organize and transform data into information Understanding of essential web system behaviors and technologies Organizing skills, time management, and task switching / prioritizing Dependable, agile, and team-oriented, able to excel in a fluid and fast-paced environment Excellent communicator in written, verbal, and ideally, graphic execution. Uses the most effective method to achieve the needed result. Need to communicate with all in-house and external teams effectively and politely

Regularly performs computer work and sits. Occasionally walks and stands. Seldom/never lifts up to 50lbs.
