Firm Support Specialist I - Executive Business Support Forvis Mazars - 3.1 Springfield, MO Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Quality control Productivity software Full Job Description Forvis Mazars is looking for an organized and self-motivated paraprofessional to be responsible for providing executive business support to our healthcare consulting professionals. In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare consulting leadership team by leading a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities. You will play a vital role in managing unmatched client experiences for our Southern Missouri Forvis Mazars healthcare consulting clients via the following responsibilities.
What You Will Do:
The Executive Business Support role is responsible for demonstrating excellent organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and gaining efficiencies, working independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly detailed position that requires strong adherence to quality control standards. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items listed below. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Manage executive calendars and related scheduling Coordinate professional travel for executives Draft invoices to clients based upon instructions from executives Developing, formatting, and editing letters, reports, and other documents in Microsoft applications Communicate with clients to schedule meetings and follow up on information requests and unpaid invoices Using extensive knowledge of internal business practices and priorities to proactively respond to daily issues and requests as authorized, keeping them apprised of critical issues Utilizing tracking systems to ensure all time and materials are recorded, project work and type are tracked, and project instructions and client interactions are fully documented Scheduling meetings/trainings for the healthcare consulting teams Fulfilling print and copy requests Providing administrative assistance to partners for special projects Support liaison and coordination between internal and external stakeholders Cross-train on other administrative functions
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree 1+ year of related administrative experience
