Since 2019, our eBay store has successfully served customers worldwide, supported by a dedicated team consisting of a full-time and part-time employee. We are seeking an experienced, motivated E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and oversee our small team. This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly impact the success and future growth of the business. Position Summary The eBay Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of our online sales operation, including inventory management, product research, listing creation, customer service, shipping and receiving, and team supervision. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable working in both a warehouse and e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of an established eBay store Create, optimize, and maintain product listings Research products, market trends, and pricing strategies Test, identify, and evaluate computer and electronic equipment Photograph products and prepare professional online listings Write accurate and compelling product descriptions Monitor inventory levels and sales performance Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to buyer inquiries Process orders, package products, and coordinate shipments Receive, catalog, organize, and track incoming inventory Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and maximize inventory value Track and achieve monthly listing and revenue goals Supervise and coordinate the work of one full-time and one part-time employee Maintain the company's strong reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of sales, e-commerce, or online marketplace experience Experience using eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or similar online selling platforms Strong computer and internet research skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified Preferred Knowledge of vintage, legacy, and current computer hardware and electronics Experience testing, troubleshooting, or refurbishing technology products Previous supervisory or management experience Experience with inventory management systems Photography and image editing experience What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: Self-motivated and accountable Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making decisions independently Focused on achieving sales and operational goals Customer-service oriented Interested in technology and electronics Capable of balancing warehouse operations with online sales responsibilities Why Join Us?
