Description We are seeking E-commerce Specialists for ongoing and future opportunities in the Charlotte, NC market. Candidates should have experience supporting online sales, managing digital product content, maintaining e-commerce platforms, and analyzing site performance to improve the customer experience and business results. Responsibilities

+ Manage and update product content, pricing, promotions, and digital assets.

+ Support day-to-day operations of e-commerce websites and platforms.

+ Monitor website performance, customer behavior, and e-commerce metrics.

+ Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience and conversions.

+ Coordinate promotions, product launches, and website updates.

+ Collaborate with marketing, creative, merchandising, product, and technical teams. Requirements + 2+ years of e-commerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or related experience.

+ Experience working with e-commerce websites or digital platforms.

+ Understanding of online customer journeys and digital best practices.

+ Experience with reporting, analytics, and website performance metrics.

+ Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Tools & Technology

+ Experience with platforms and tools such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, Excel, and similar e-commerce technologies.
