We're looking for someone who can spot the marketing opportunity that matters most, make the call, and get a talented team excited to go after it. You'll have real decision rights to shape the plan, set direction for a creative team, and rally the group toward results, with guidance and support from leadership. You'll join a team that already excels at making and delivering polished design and content. What they need from you is clear direction, sharp judgment on the work, and the energy that gets everyone moving. We value sound judgment and initiative more than a long resume.

Experience:
Experience owning marketing campaigns or channel initiatives from recommendation through results. Ability to bring together insights from multiple sources and use them to set clear priorities. Experience briefing creative work, giving clear feedback, and coordinating people across functions. Comfort measuring outcomes and adjusting the plan when evidence changes.
Bonus:
Experience marketing physical products through Amazon, major retailers, or other e-commerce channels. Prior formal people-management experience is welcome but not required if you can show leadership and ownership.
Salary:
Compensation is commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.

PM What We Do:
Nych Brands creates outdoor DIY products sold through channels including Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, and others. Our brands include WamBam Fence, Zippity Outdoor Products, and Enclo Privacy Screens. We help customers find, understand, and install products that improve their space. What You'll Do in a Nutshell Decide which marketing opportunities have the strongest customer and business case, and explain why. Translate those decisions into clear direction: campaigns, briefs, goals, and measures of success. Lead a creative team — give sharp briefs, react early to concepts, and help them make strong work great. Partner with our project launch coordinator, who owns schedules, readiness, and delivery.

draw out ideas, settle competing views, and keep the team focused on the few things that matter most. Use results and customer signals to change course and keep leadership informed. Marketing Direction & Judgment (35%)
  • Identify where our marketing efforts will have the greatest impact and turn opportunities into actionable priorities. Assess customer needs, channel performance, and new opportunities. Set priorities, make tradeoffs clear, and say no to good ideas that aren't the right ideas. Set goals for campaigns and decide when to double down or pull back. Creative Team Leadership & Campaigns (40%)
  • Turn marketing priorities into clear creative direction while building an energized, collaborative team.
Brief design and production with a clear audience, message, and purpose. Reviewing concepts early and giving decisive, specific feedback before work is far along. Rally the team around a small number of priorities at a time. Work with the launch coordinator on realistic scope and sequencing them, they run the schedule; you set the direction. Channel Performance & Improvement (25%)
  • Strengthen how our products are presented and marketed across our e-commerce and retail channels.
Review listings, content, and customer feedback for gaps in messaging or product education. Ask the questions no one else is asking about how we market and why.
