Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage online automotive parts sales, assist customers with parts inquiries, and ensure seamless inventory control. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and support our dealership's reputation for excellence in automotive parts and accessories. Responsibilities Process online orders efficiently, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery of automotive parts and accessories List automotive parts and accessories for sale on platforms such as eBay and other online marketplaces. Manage inventory levels through inventory management systems (such as CMMS), stocking, and stock rotation to optimize availability Collaborate with the sales team to promote automotive parts sales and develop customer relationships Write detailed product descriptions including part numbers, condition, compatibility, and applicable vehicle information. Maintain accurate records of online inventory and sales. Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and inquiries. Skills Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and vehicle systems with experience in automotive repair or dealership settings Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) to effectively build customer relationships Proficiency with inventory management software (CMMS), POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and retail math principles Solid understanding of automotive diagnostics, mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle maintenance procedures Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and customers to achieve favorable outcomes Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and stock control Customer service-oriented mindset with phone etiquette skills and a professional demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining efficient cashiering practices Join us as an E-Commerce Parts Specialist where your expertise will directly impact our customers' experience!
