As our online sales channels continue to grow, we are looking for an eCommerce Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day execution and performance of our online storefronts.

Two eBay storefronts One Amazon storefront Potential expansion into Walmart Marketplace and additional online channels About the Role The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for the daily operation, performance, and growth of The Hybrid Geek's online marketplace channels. This is a hands-on role combining eCommerce operations, customer service, order fulfillment, listing management, pricing, and product research. You will work closely with Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and our technical teams to make sure products are listed quickly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and our storefronts meet revenue and customer experience goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable taking ownership, and able to balance both the operational and commercial sides of eCommerce. What You'll Do Marketplace & Storefront Management Manage day-to-day operations across our eBay, Amazon, and future online storefronts Monitor marketplace performance, seller health, customer feedback, and account metrics Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns Resolve order and customer escalations in coordination with Sales leadership Maintain accurate, organized, and professional storefronts across platforms Listings & Inventory Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings Ensure SKU, fitment, pricing, product information, and inventory quantities are accurate Move newly available inventory from receipt to active online listings within established timelines Coordinate with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and technical specialists to verify product availability and quality Create and maintain consistent listing standards Perform basic product photo editing using Canva or similar tools Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Order Fulfillment & Shipping Process online orders accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to company procedures Generate and verify shipping labels and order documentation Coordinate with Manufacturing and Inventory to meet established handling and shipping SLAs Identify and communicate potential fulfillment delays before they impact customers Returns & Claims Process marketplace returns, refunds, and applicable claims within established timelines Inspect and document returned products Coordinate inventory restocking or disposition Maintain accurate documentation throughout the return and resolution process Coordinate warranty-related issues with the appropriate internal team Pricing & Revenue Optimization Monitor marketplace pricing, competitors, and product trends Recommend pricing, promotion, and listing adjustments to improve revenue and sell-through Monitor performance against marketplace revenue budgets and targets Identify underperforming listings and recommend improvements Balance conversion, inventory movement, and margin when making recommendations New SKU & Marketplace Growth Research and recommend new products and SKUs for online sale Work with Procurement to evaluate sourcing and availability Launch approved products quickly and accurately Monitor sell-through and performance of newly introduced SKUs Support expansion into additional marketplaces and online sales channels as the business grows How Success Will Be Measured This is a performance-driven role with clear ownership of marketplace results.

Consistent identification and recommendation of viable new products and SKU opportunities What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, online marketplace operations, online retail, or a related field Strong written communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Inventory, Operations, or similar teams Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, email, order management systems, and other business software Reliable transportation Ability to lift at least 60 to 100 lbs Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following is a plus: Managing or supporting eBay storefronts Amazon Seller Central or Amazon marketplace operations Marketplace seller metrics, account health, reviews, and feedback Shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations Canva or basic product image editing Pricing analysis and competitor research Product or SKU management Automotive parts or automotive eCommerce Walmart Marketplace or other third-party marketplaces Growth Opportunity This role has the opportunity to grow alongside our eCommerce operations.
