Title:
Product Content Specialist Who We're Looking For:
As a Product Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in improving the quality of our Product Detail Pages (PDPs), optimizing visual content, and identifying opportunities to enhance digital experiences. Your responsibilities will revolve around elevating our online product presentation to maximize customer engagement and drive conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product management, to ensure a seamless and compelling online shopping experience.

Company Paid Life Insurance What You'll Take Ownership Of:
Ensure accurate and comprehensive product information on PDPs, including specifications, features, and benefits. Suggest product title, description, and bullet point optimization to improve search visibility and clarity for customers. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or inconsistencies on PDPs. Curate and upload high-quality images to showcase products effectively, adhering to brand guidelines and standards. Incorporate product videos where appropriate to provide customers with a richer understanding of the product. Continuously evaluate and update visual content to maintain relevance and freshness. Determine when a product warrants a variation page and work with relevant teams to create and implement these pages effectively. Determine when a product bundle will increase conversions, sales, and inventory sell-through. Create, market, and track all bundles. Ensure consistency and coherence across variation pages to streamline the customer's decision-making process. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance PDPs through innovative content strategies such as interactive elements, comparison tools, or user-generated content. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement enhanced content initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PDPs, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and time on page. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize PDPs accordingly. Work closely with other Team Members in Product Promotion verification and Product Creation accuracy.
Need-To-Haves:
Experience in digital shelf, e-commerce, retail, or related roles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Creative thinking and a passion for enhancing the online shopping experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Love-To-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Hand Tool, Power Tool, and/or Power Equipment Knowledge Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms. Salsify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
