Utilize spreadsheets and productivity software like Microsoft Excel to analyze data trends, create pivot tables, and generate reports that support inventory management and sales strategies. Handle confidential information with integrity, ensuring data privacy and security at all times. Assist with order entry processes by verifying product information and processing transactions efficiently using office software tools. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve product-related inquiries by providing precise data support. Organize files and records systematically to facilitate quick retrieval of product information for audits or updates. Qualifications Proven experience with data entry in Excel, Word processing, and other productivity software. Strong computer skills with familiarity in databases, ERP systems, and database management tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel (data analysis, pivot tables) and Word. Basic math skills for verifying quantities, prices, and calculations during data entry processes.
