In this role, you will independently manage mid-complexity master data operations—including new item creation, vendor onboarding, and wide-scale catalog updates within our ERP system. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will resolve data quality exceptions, lead cleanup initiatives end-to-end, and collaborate with Buying, Supply Chain, Accounting, and IT teams to ensure downstream data reliability. Duties and Responsibility Independently execute mid-complexity master-data work: new item setups, vendor onboarding, category-wide pricing/attribute updates Investigate and resolve data-quality issues (duplicates, mismatches, missing fields); coordinate corrective actions Lead assigned cleanup projects (item consolidation, vendor setup, etc.) end-to-end Partner with Buying, SCM, Accounting and IT on data-request specifications and downstream impact Author and updates SOPs; propose process improvements and small automation ideas Mentor Associates and Coordinators; QC their work for accuracy
