Ecommerce Inventory and Supply Chain Manager (Amazon FBA) Scribbledo Newark, NJ Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $80,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Shopify E-commerce Supply chain experience within e-commerce industry Online retail experience Shipping and receiving inventory management Freight Full Job Description Job Summary Scribbledo is a growing ecommerce company selling educational products through Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and school districts. We are looking for an experienced person to take full ownership of our inventory and purchasing. This person will ensure our warehouse and Amazon remain properly stocked without creating excess inventory. Responsibilities Forecast inventory using sales history, seasonality, and lead times Determine when and how much inventory to reorder Manage inventory across our warehouse and Amazon FBA Create and track purchase orders Coordinate with suppliers, freight companies, and warehouses Monitor incoming shipments, stockout risks, and excess inventory Maintain and improve our inventory system and reports Requirements At least 3 years of inventory planning or purchasing experience Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and follow up skills Amazon FBA and overseas supplier experience are strongly preferred
