Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a versatile and data-driven Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist to take ownership of our online presence. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital storefront and marketing campaigns. You will manage and optimize our Shopify website, run profitable Google Ads campaigns, design engaging email marketing flows, and grow our brand across social media platforms.
Duties Shopify & E-commerce Management:
Manage day-to-day website operations, including product listings, inventory updates, and pricing changes on Shopify. Make front-end code adjustments (HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid) to customize themes, fix layout bugs, and ensure a seamless user experience. Optimize website design, navigation, and user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and install/manage Shopify apps.
Email Marketing & Social Media:
Design, write, and send email marketing campaigns to engage our subscriber list and drive sales. Handle social media operations, including designing, writing, and publishing posts across our platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize profitable Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
Resourceful Self-Learner:
You have a proactive mindset. When you don't know how to do something, you successfully research, troubleshoot, and teach yourself new software, coding tricks, or platforms.
Platform Expertise:
Proven experience operating a Shopify store and using email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
Web Development Skills:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid to make theme edits and troubleshoot code-related issues.
Paid Media:
Demonstrable success managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Analytics:
Proficiency in Google Analytics and understanding of core e-commerce KPIs (Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS).
Design & Copy:
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) and strong copywriting abilities.
Soft Skills:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
