Full Job Description About the Company A new luxury home decor brand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operator to support the operational foundation of its boutique and e-commerce business. The brand is rooted in global discovery, craftsmanship, and refined living, with a point of view centered on distinctive objects, elevated interiors, and meaningful storytelling. Every piece is selected with care, and every operational detail plays a role in creating a seamless and elevated client experience.

The Role:

We are looking for a capable Business Operator who is well-versed in Shopify Online and POS, inventory management, and retail operations. This person will support the day-to-day business flow across the boutique and e-commerce channels, ensuring products, inventory, systems, and reporting are accurate, organized, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is both operationally disciplined and aesthetically aware – someone who understands that behind every beautiful client experience is strong organization, accurate inventory, clean systems, and thoughtful execution. Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce operations, inventory management, or business operations
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify Online and POS, including product uploads, inventory updates, order management, and reporting
• Experience managing inventory across retail and e-commerce channels
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with product data, SKUs, pricing, quantities, and stock movement
• Ability to support receiving, tagging, transfers, replenishment, fulfillment, and inventory reconciliation
• Comfortable creating and maintaining operational processes, trackers, and reports
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with POS systems, spreadsheets, and inventory tools preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment with changing priorities
• Interest in luxury retail, home decor, interiors, craftsmanship, or lifestyle brands preferred Ideal Candidate
