We believe in curating unique, high-quality pieces and building a community of conscious consumers. We're looking for a dynamic and organized individual to support daily operations and grow our social media presence.
Job Overview:
As an associate you'll play a key role in the daily running of the business—from inventory and order fulfillment to customer service and digital storytelling. You'll help ensure our operations run smoothly while also representing the brand online through engaging content and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations (approx. 50%) Assist with sorting, pricing, photographing, and listing new clothing inventory. Pack and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain organization of stock and supplies. Respond to customer inquiries via email, DM, or other channels. Help coordinate pop-up shops, markets, or other events. Social Media & Marketing (approx. 50%) . Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice. Film and edit videos and reels showcasing products, behind-the-scenes, or customer stories. Monitor engagement and interact with followers to build community. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, promotions, and influencer outreach.
Skills & Qualifications:
Passion for sustainable fashion and second-hand clothing. Experience using social media for business (especially Instagram & TikTok). Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic photo and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Lightroom). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Bonus:
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or small business operations.
