Senior Operations Manager - E-Commerce About Us We are a fast-growing, multi-channel e-commerce company seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to help lead and scale our business. Working directly with executive leadership, you will oversee key operational functions, improve processes, implement technology, and ensure our teams are aligned, accountable, and positioned for continued growth. What You'll Do Operational Leadership Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across warehouse, inventory, purchasing, customer service, and e-commerce. Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions. Develop and maintain company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Build operational KPIs and dashboards to provide leadership with meaningful business insights. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Project & Business Operations Own company-wide project execution and workflow management using ClickUp, Asana, , or similar platforms. Lead strategic initiatives from planning through implementation. Ensure projects are properly prioritized, assigned, tracked, and completed on time. Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively remove roadblocks. Present regular operational updates and performance reports to executive leadership. E-Commerce Operations Oversee operational execution across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. Partner with marketing, merchandising, purchasing, and warehouse teams to optimize product launches, inventory, fulfillment, and returns. Improve operational performance through data analysis and process optimization. Process Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. Evaluate and implement AI and technology solutions that increase productivity and reduce manual processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that support long-term business growth. Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Collaborate closely with department leaders to align priorities and improve execution. Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping translate strategy into action. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, business operations, or e-commerce. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements. Strong background in process optimization, project management, and organizational leadership. Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or other e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and fulfillment. Experience creating SOPs and operational documentation. Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
