Job Description
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This hands-on role combines shipping and fulfillment, customer support, and light product assembly for GlueTread and our two additional e-commerce brands. If you enjoy staying busy, taking pride in your work, and being part of a small team where your contributions matter, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do... Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time (approx 60% of the role) Respond to customer emails, warranty claims, returns, and product questions with professionalism and care (approximately 30%) Assemble products and prepare inventory for shipment (approximately 10%) Receive and organize incoming shipping inventory Keep the shipping and assembly areas clean, organized, and efficient Help improve processes and assist with other operational projects as our business grows We're Looking For Someone Who… Is dependable and shows up on time Enjoys staying busy and productive throughout the day Takes pride in doing accurate, detail-oriented work Communicates professionally with customers Can switch between hands-on tasks and computer work with ease Works well independently while also contributing to a small team Is comfortable learning new software and systems Can occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Experience with Shopify, shipping softwares, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Schedule Part-time, with possibility of Full-time Approximately 20+ hours per week to start Weekday morning/ daytime hours Flexible scheduling possible Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows About GlueTread GlueTread is a locally owned company that designs and manufactures innovative tire repair products sold across the United States and around the world.
