40.0 Overview Concept & visual storytelling Brand and packaging design Digital and e-commerce content creation Campaign asset development Adobe Creative Suite Basic motion graphics & video editing Asset resizing and adaptation Fast turnaround production Team collaboration & communication Responsibilities Drive projects from initial idea through final delivery, turning market insights and business goals into strong visual solutions and packaging concepts. Develop campaign ideas and convert them into striking visuals suitable for a range of channels. Produce a high volume of digital materials for category initiatives and online retail, handling multiple deliverables per campaign and maintaining consistent monthly output for social and e-commerce platforms. Build engaging content for online retail pages, including main product imagery and supporting graphics that highlight key benefits. Work alongside brand teams to shape store layouts and create supporting visual materials for flagship locations. Contribute creative assets for large-scale promotional events and key campaign moments. Modify and reformat existing designs for different specifications, applying enhancements such as new backgrounds, added design elements, and overall visual improvements. Create simple animated content (e.g., GIFs, story formats) and handle basic video edits for digital use. Meet fast turnaround expectations, delivering projects within a few business days while incorporating multiple rounds of revisions. Requirements Degree in design or a related discipline from a recognized institution. At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools. Familiarity with print production and color processes is an advantage. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams in different locations.
