Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Digital Sales Specialist with proven experience managing and growing sales on the Wix platform and the Walmart Marketplace. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital operator who can execute quickly, optimize product listings, and drive measurable online sales growth. The candidate must have strong experience with SEO optimization, product listing management, and conversion-focused content creation. This is not a passive management role. We are seeking someone who can actively build traffic, improve product visibility, and increase revenue across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Wix Website Growth Manage and optimize the company's Wix e-commerce website Improve SEO structure, product pages, and metadata Develop high-converting product descriptions and landing pages Implement conversion optimization strategies Monitor website analytics and adjust strategies to increase sales Walmart Marketplace Management Manage product listings and item setup Optimize product titles, keywords, and descriptions Monitor listing performance and visibility Address listing errors and improve ranking Support product launches and inventory updates Digital Sales & Content Strategy Create engaging, sales-driven content for product pages Develop strategies to increase organic website traffic Improve product discoverability through SEO Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates Support promotions and product campaigns Analytics & Performance Tracking Set up and manage Google Analytics tracking Monitor key performance metrics including: Website traffic Conversion rates Product page engagement Online sales performance Provide regular performance reports and improvement recommendationsRequired Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Wix e-commerce websites Experience working with the Walmart Marketplace Seller or Retail portal Strong SEO and keyword optimization skills Experience improving online product visibility and conversion rates Knowledge of Google Analytics and website performance tracking Ability to create persuasive, sales-focused product content Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesPreferred Experience:
Experience selling food products, sauces, seasonings, or CPG products online Familiarity with e-commerce marketing strategies Understanding of marketplace algorithms and product rankingPay:
