Week Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to support the growth and performance of third-party e-commerce channels for a leading healthcare technology organization. This role will focus on product detail page management, content optimization, marketplace performance improvements, and digital merchandising initiatives across major retail platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product detail page setup, updates, refreshes, and optimization across e-commerce marketplaces Execute marketplace content strategies to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely content execution Conduct testing and experimentation initiatives to enhance product page effectiveness Support digital merchandising activities and maintain content consistency across platforms Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive marketplace growth Navigate changing priorities and business needs while delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing Hands-on experience managing retail e-commerce platforms such as similar online marketplaces Experience with product detail page content management, optimization, and merchandising Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Excellent project management and organizational abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Walgreens, Best Buy, or similar platforms Experience working in a regulated industry environment Knowledge of e-commerce performance measurement and optimization strategies Experience supporting marketplace growth initiatives and content experimentation programs

Pay Range:
$50/hr to $60/hr
