Job Description

Product Specialist (Full-Time, Not Remote) Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Product Specialist to manage our online and in-store product catalog, including inventory of finished products, raw materials, precious stones and findings. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to maintain accurate product data and inventory systems—ensuring everything is accounted for and represented clearly across our platforms. You'll work closely with our production, marketing, and retail teams to keep both our digital storefront and our physical product inventory clean, current, and well-organized. Key Responsibilities Product Management (Online): Add and update product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, specifications, tags, photography, and metadata. Inventory Oversight (Online & In-Store): Maintain accurate records for finished goods, loose gemstones, precious metals, and findings in our inventory system.
Material Cataloging:
Organize and track raw materials such as diamonds, sapphires, tourmalines, moissanite, gold findings, and other components used in fine jewelry production.
Quality Control:
Lead regular audits of product listings and physical inventory to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Product Consistency:
Help to ensure products being created align with images on the website.
Cross-Team Communication:
Work with production and marketing teams to ensure accurate lead times, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
Process Optimization:
Assist in developing and refining workflows for catalog updates, material tracking, and product lifecycle management. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, product catalog management, inventory coordination, or retail operations 1-3 years in Marketing Role or Relative Internships Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms preferred. Prior experience in the fine jewelry industry or with gemstone/inventory tracking is a strong plus. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Comfortable managing spreadsheets and digital tools for inventory and asset tracking. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and consistency.
Note:
This is an on-site position in Huntersville, NC. Remote work 1 day per week may be approved after 3 months of employment.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
