$15-20/hour (based on experience) About Harmony Nutraceuticals Harmony Nutraceuticals is a growing health and wellness company dedicated to providing high-quality natural healthcare products. We are expanding our e-commerce business and are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to help manage and grow our Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. Position Summary We are seeking an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist who understands how Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace work. This person will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, maintaining catalog accuracy, coordinating inventory, improving product visibility, and supporting online sales growth. Responsibilities Create, update, and optimize Amazon and Walmart product listings. Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Upload product images and ensure listing accuracy. Optimize listings using marketplace SEO and keywords. Monitor listing health and resolve errors or suppressed listings. Manage product variations, categories, attributes, and pricing. Coordinate inventory availability and product movement. Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.

Track sales performance and marketplace metrics. Work with the Marketing Director to improve conversion rates and online visibility. Coordinate with designers to obtain images and marketing assets. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketplace listings. Stay current on Amazon and Walmart marketplace policies and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon Seller Central . Experience with Walmart Marketplace . Experience creating and optimizing e-commerce product listings. Understanding of Amazon SEO and product ranking factors. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar marketplace tools is a plus. Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus. Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Enjoys organizing products and data. Notices small details that others miss. Likes improving listings to increase sales. Can manage multiple products and deadlines. Is eager to learn and grow with a rapidly expanding company. Compensation $15-20/hour , depending on experience. Flexible schedule.
