Brand Success Position Overview RivrHub is seeking an experienced TikTok Account Manager to lead strategy, execution, and growth across our portfolio of brands on TikTok Shop. This role develops growth strategies, drives revenue, manages creator and affiliate programs, oversees content initiatives, and serves as the primary strategic TikTok contact for our brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing brands on TikTok Shop and understands how to leverage content, creators, promotions, advertising, and platform best practices to generate measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies that drive sales, GMV, and brand visibility. Identify opportunities to grow account performance through content, promotions, affiliates, advertising, and platform optimization. Lead product launches, promotional events, and seasonal growth initiatives. Creator & Affiliate Management Recruit, develop, and manage creator and affiliate partnerships. Build relationships with influencers and creators to expand reach and drive sales. Evaluate partnership performance and identify opportunities to scale successful programs. Content & Social Commerce Develop and oversee shoppable content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with creators, clients, and internal teams to execute content initiatives. Support TikTok Live and other social commerce opportunities. Client Account Management & Analytics Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned brands. Present business reviews, performance updates, and growth recommendations to clients. Analyze performance data and use insights to improve results and inform strategy. Required Qualifications 2+ years managing a brand on TikTok Shop. Proven success driving sales growth through TikTok Shop. Experience developing and executing shoppable content strategies. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, creator marketing, and affiliate programs. Experience working with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing TikTok Shop advertising campaigns. Experience with TikTok Live and livestream-selling strategies. Experience presenting business reviews and strategic recommendations to clients. Experience handling product shipments, samples, or kits
