E-commerce Specialist Walking Comfort Woods Cross, UT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $23 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Qualifications Shopify E-commerce Attention to detail Content marketing Content management Full Job Description Overview Walking Comfort is looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day of our online sales channels: Amazon Seller Central and our Shopify storefront. You'll keep our Amazon listings accurate and compliant, manage our Shopify catalog, and be the person who catches errors in our product data before they cost us a sale. This is a hands-on operations role built around accuracy and follow-through — if you also bring content creation or ad campaign experience, even better, we'll put it to use, but the core of the job is keeping our listings and data right. Duties Oversee our Amazon Seller Central account day to day — monitor account health, listing status, inventory sync, and support cases, and flag issues before they affect sales Create, update, and correct Amazon listings across our catalog — titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and images — keeping them accurate and compliant with Amazon's policies Manage our Shopify storefront: product listings, collections, inventory levels, and product page content Own high-volume data entry and catalog hygiene across both platforms — pricing, variants, inventory counts, and product details kept current and consistent Regularly audit listings for stale, duplicate, or inconsistent information across Amazon and Shopify and correct it Coordinate with our warehouse/operations team to keep inventory counts and listing data in sync between systems Track and report basic account and listing health (listing quality, account health metrics, out-of-stock or suppressed listings) As capacity allows: support product photography/content creation for listings and marketing use, and assist with Amazon PPC or Shopify ad campaign management (budget tracking, keyword/audience adjustments, reporting) Experience Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central — listings, inventory, account health, and case resolution Experience managing a Shopify store — product uploads, collections, and inventory Strong attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive, high-volume data entry across a large catalog Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for bulk listing updates and data cleanup Organized and reliable managing a large, constantly-changing product catalog with minimal errors
Bonus:
experience with Amazon bulk upload templates/flat files
Bonus:
basic HTML for Shopify product descriptions Big plus: experience creating product content (photography, graphics, or copy) and/or managing Amazon PPC or paid social ad campaigns Join our team If you want ownership over the two channels that drive our business — and you'd rather fix a wrong SKU than write ad copy all day — we'd like to hear from you. Bring content or ad campaign chops too, and there's plenty of room to use them.
