Build cool stores. Create better experiences. Work with good people. Relentless Merch creates custom merchandise for artists, bands, schools, businesses and organizations. We're looking for a creative, organized person to build and manage online merchandise stores through OrderMyGear . You don't need to be an OrderMyGear expert. Maybe you have e-commerce experience, a graphic design background, or you're simply creative, good with technology and great at keeping projects moving. We can train the right person. What You'll Do Build, launch and manage OrderMyGear stores from start to finish Add products, pricing, artwork, sizes, colors and store information Create and update banners, product images, mockups and other store graphics Make sure stores look polished, on-brand and easy to shop Test pricing, products, links and checkout details before launch Communicate with customers and coordinate approvals, launch dates and deadlines Work with Sales, Art, Production, Fulfillment and Accounting to keep orders moving Catch pricing, artwork and order issues before they become problems Support royalty, fundraising and customer payout tracking Manage multiple active stores and follow each one through completion You'll Be Great Here If You're Creative, organized, dependable and comfortable learning new technology. You pay attention to details, communicate well, follow through without needing constant reminders and aren't afraid to ask questions when something doesn't look right. You should be comfortable balancing creative work with project management and customer communication . This isn't a graphic-design-only position. Experience That Helps Experience with graphic design, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Canva, OrderMyGear, e-commerce, customer service, apparel or merchandise is a plus—but none of it is required for the right person. A college degree is not required . What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, we want you confidently building and managing stores, communicating with customers, catching issues before launch, creating polished store experiences and owning projects from setup through closeout.
