This role serves as the primary owner of our Seller Central account and the go-to expert on Amazon policies, performance metrics, and marketplace strategy. This role will have 1-3 direct reports. This is a hybrid role (3-4 days per week in office). Prior to the start date, the selected candidate must reside within or relocate to a commutable distance from our office at 8000 Yankee Road, Ottawa Lake, MI 49267. Key Responsibilities Own overall Amazon account health, including performance metrics, policy compliance, and Buy Box management Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to scale revenue beyond $5M annually Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Seller Support, managing escalations, account-level issues, and Seller Central case logs Coordinate day-to-day priorities across direct reports, including work on catalog, PPC, data analytics, and logistics issues Monitor and manage account-level risks including IP complaints, policy violations, ASIN suppression, and listing deactivations Lead pricing strategy in collaboration with the others, including competitive pricing, MAP enforcement, and promotional planning (Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Exclusive Discounts) Manage relationships with Amazon programs such as Brand Registry, Transparency, Amazon Vine, and Subscribe & Save Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership, synthesizing data from advertising, catalog, and operations Oversee product launch strategy and timeline coordination, ensuring alignment between listing readiness, inventory availability, and advertising activation Stay current on Amazon policy changes, algorithm updates, fee structure changes, and marketplace trends Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central management experience (3P strongly preferred) Demonstrated track record of managing accounts generating $4M+ in annual revenue Deep understanding of Amazon's performance metrics: ODR, late shipment rate, pre-fulfillment cancel rate, account health rating Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content management, and Amazon's brand protection tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy Proficiency with Seller Central reporting, Business Reports, and third-party analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar) Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills Prior experience leading teams and managing direct reports Compensation and Benefits Annual performance bonus tied to overall Amazon Channel P&L 401(k) with employer matching.
