$70,000-$90,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking an eCommerce and Interactive Art Specialist to join our Cleveland team. This role will help launch our new eCommerce website and support its ongoing day-to-day management, working with internal teams and outside vendors as needed. This position will also develop engaging interactive digital content that helps tell the story behind how objects, materials, and products are created. For example, an interactive museum experience could show visitors how metal was produced and forged to create a historic shield. Key Responsibilities Assist with the launch and ongoing management of the new eCommerce website. Manage site content, products, updates, functionality, and general maintenance. Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to support eCommerce initiatives and website needs. Identify opportunities to improve site functionality and the customer experience. Develop interactive digital content for museums, exhibits, and other environments. Turn technical, historical, and educational information into engaging visual and interactive experiences. Collaborate with clients, designers, vendors, and technical teams to take projects from concept through completion. Manage multiple digital projects and stay current with eCommerce and interactive media technologies. Qualifications Experience with eCommerce, website management, interactive media, digital content, or a related field. Strong combination of technical and creative skills. Experience creating or managing multimedia and digital content. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to learn and work with new platforms and technologies. Experience with museums, exhibits, digital storytelling, graphic design, animation, or video is a plus. The ideal candidate enjoys combining technology and creativity and is comfortable supporting both the day-to-day needs of an eCommerce platform and the development of unique interactive experiences.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
