About the Role Redux Solutions, the parent company behind Collins Eliza, an upscale children's consignment brand, is hiring a part-time contract assistant to support online resale operations. Collins Eliza is expanding its online operations to complement large seasonal pop-up sales. We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable part-time assistant to help manage the online side of our inventory: photographing items, listing them across multiple resale platforms, and shipping items once they sell. This is a hands-on, process-driven role, great for someone who enjoys children's fashion resale and takes pride in making wardrobe pieces look their best online. What You'll Do Photograph clothing and accessories (flat lay and social media content) following our brand's styling guide Edit photos for clarity, color accuracy, and a polished feel Write accurate item descriptions (size, condition, brand, measurements) using a provided template List items across multiple platforms (Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and others as needed) following our listing checklist and software Cross-list and relist items to keep inventory visible Flag buyer questions and offers for owner review and approval Pack and schedule post office pick-ups Track inventory status (listed, sold, shipped) in our organized system Maintain a steady weekly listing volume to keep inventory fresh What We're Looking For Experience with online resale platforms (Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, or similar) preferred, but willing to train the right person Comfort with a smartphone camera and basic photo editing Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable and able to complete tasks accurately with minimal check-ins once trained Good written communication for listings and buyer messages Ability to lift and manage boxes of inventory (up to 25 lbs)

Pay:

$15-17/hr, based on experience, + commission on sales
