Adamax is a dynamic, fast-growing consumer products company selling across major retail, ecommerce, and marketplace channels including Amazon, Home Depot, and other national retailers. We develop and market products across home improvement, hardware, lighting, safety, household, and automotive categories, spanning both B2C and B2B channels. We're building a more integrated commercialization engine that connects product strategy, marketing, creative, retail execution, and performance optimization into one scalable operating system - and this is our first hire to lead it.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be Adamax's first Senior Manager, Product Launch and Commercialization, with direct access to executive leadership and real ownership over the evolution of how we take products to market. You'll lead go-to-market strategy, commercialization planning, launch management, and retail activation across our portfolio of consumer and business products, working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Ecommerce, Retail Ops, Ads/Analytics, and Leadership from product brief through launch, reporting, optimization, and refresh. You combine strategic judgment with operational discipline. You can turn a product roadmap into a launch plan, a performance report into a set of actions, and a creative brief into work that actually ships on time. You use data to set direction and creative work to execute it - equally at home in a performance dashboard and a campaign brief, and you know how to turn one into the other. This role does not directly own retailer accounts or paid media execution; it partners closely with the Account, Ecommerce, Ads and Analytics owners to coordinate priorities, readiness and optimization.
