Role:

We are seeking a Website Manager to ensure our digital presence reflects the depth, calm, and elevated quality of our center and products. This role blends design sense, storytelling, and strategic growth, not just "updating pages." You'll help weave brand messaging, product education, and wellness resources into a cohesive, beautiful, and intuitive online experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Main and our Shopify website for clarity, beauty, and conversion Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across the site and all channels Create and improve landing pages for services, classes, events, and supplements Collaborate with our Amazon operations specialist to maintain cohesive messaging Work with founder on messaging, campaigns, and wellness education storytelling Build influencer, ambassador, and community referral touchpoints into site flow Review website analytics and recommend improvements that deepen engagement This Role Is a

Requirements:

Experience managing Wellness and Shopify websites (portfolio required) Strong ability to shape brand identity, tone, and storytelling Solid understanding of conversion flow and user journey mapping Comfortable coordinating with creative, marketing, and product contributors Experience with holistic, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus Graphic design or Canva/Adobe capability is helpful but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

Ongoing contract (10 hours/week to start, with growth potential) Hybrid / flexible schedule Compensation based on experience ($35-$40/hr to start or retainer-equivalent)
