Our team works out of an air-conditioned warehouse (not your typical warehouse) in a fast-paced environment where precision, efficiency, and teamwork are everything. Going above and beyond to exceed expectations isn't just what we do, it is who we are. About the Role We're hiring a E-commerce Specialist (aka Behind-the-Scenes Magic Maker) to assist with an execute the daily operational flow of orders, inventory, and listings across multiple sales channels. In this role, you will: Oversee fulfillment workflows across multiple e-commerce platforms Manage shipping label creation for orders Maintain accurate inventory tracking systems and oversee timely reordering of products and materials Process and manage on time shipment of orders Inspect incoming inventory for quality assurance, accuracy, and damage reporting Handle supplier communications Support ongoing growth by creating, updating, and optimizing product listings across platforms Analyze shipping invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly File and manage claims with shipping carriers for damaged or lost shipments Support production by printing generic labels and assisting with operational need
Daily Tasks Will Include:
Generate and manage shipping labels for all fulfillment orders across a variety of e-commerce channels Track, manage, and reorder inventory while maintaining accurate internal systems Conduct detailed quality inspections on all incoming inventory, documenting and reporting any issues Manage returns and damaged goods processes, including vendor communication Create new product listings and maintain existing listings across e-commerce sites. Update, duplicate, and optimize product listings to support product visibility and sales Assist with scheduling promotions and sales for product collections Review weekly shipping invoices and identify discrepancies or cost inefficiencies Submit and manage shipping carrier claims for damaged or lost packages Print and prepare general-use production materials such as labels and packaging components Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and maintain workflow efficiency
