E-Commerce SpecialistThe Mission We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Specialist to manage the daily technical and visual operations of our Shopify storefront. This role is for a detail-oriented professional who understands that a luxury digital experience is built on a foundation of precision, reliable systems, and elegant presentation. Working closely with the Director of E-commerce, you will be responsible for ensuring our website is beautiful, our data is accurate, and our fulfillment processes are seamless. You will play a vital role in helping us reach our $5M annual revenue goal by maintaining a site that is as helpful and refined as our in-store experience. Key Responsibilities1.

Visual Presentation & Merchandising Storefront Curation:

Manage the digital display of our luxury inventory, ensuring product details, imagery, and collections meet our high standards of excellence.

Landing Page Design:

Create clean, effective landing pages for new arrivals, seasonal events, and private client sales.

Client Navigation:

Regularly refine the site's navigation and search features to ensure a smooth, intuitive experience for our online clientele. 2.

Technical Maintenance & Search Strategy Theme Management:

Perform purposeful Shopify theme updates (Liquid, CSS, HTML) under the guidance of the E-commerce Director.

AEO & Structured Data:

Manage the site's FAQ sections and implement JSON-LD Schema to ensure our brand is properly represented in modern search and AI-driven results.

Systems Coordination:

Maintain the health of our tech stack, including Klaviyo flows and app integrations, to ensure all automated systems run without interruption. 3.

Fulfillment & Operational Support Order Stewardship:

Support the online fulfillment process, ensuring orders are accurately synchronized between Shopify and our inventory systems.

Data Management:

Utilize tools like Matrixify to maintain accurate product data and inventory levels across the digital storefront.

Quality Control:

Periodically audit the "click-to-door" journey to identify and resolve any friction points in the client's purchasing experience. 4.

Analysis & Growth Performance Monitoring:

Keep a consistent eye on site analytics, providing the Director with clear insights on how we can improve conversion rates and better serve our visitors.

You have a solid grasp of the Shopify platform, from basic theme adjustments to back-end order management.

Detail-Oriented:

You take pride in the "invisible" work—correcting data errors, perfecting schema, and ensuring pages load quickly.
