E-Commerce & Retail Assistant — Fox Valley Firearms Fox Valley Firearms - Appleton, WI Part-Time | Approximately 15-25

Hours Per Week Starting Pay:

$17-$19/hour, depending on experience Fox Valley Firearms is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to assist with both our retail store and growing online businesses. This is not strictly a retail position. The right person will work on a variety of projects involving firearms retail, e-commerce, online product listings, website content, and general day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities include:

Assist customers in our retail firearms store when needed Help with general store operations and organization Create and maintain firearm listings on Gunbroker.com Add and maintain products on GunsmithLive.com Add products, images, specifications and content to BuyASuppressor.com Assist with basic WordPress/WooCommerce website work Help improve product descriptions and basic SEO Take and prepare product photographs Research product specifications and maintain accurate listings Assist with other projects as needed We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and pays close attention to detail Is comfortable working with computers and learning new software Communicates professionally with customers Can work independently after being trained Is willing to learn WordPress, WooCommerce, GunBroker and our internal processes Has good written communication skills Can accurately follow established procedures Is comfortable working around firearms Firearms knowledge is helpful, but you do not need to be a firearms expert . E-commerce, WordPress, photography, retail, marketing or SEO experience is also helpful but not required. We're more interested in finding someone intelligent, dependable and willing to learn. This position has the opportunity to grow in both hours and responsibility as the employee becomes familiar with our businesses and systems.

Pay:

$17-$19/hour depending on experience.

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week. Schedule can be discussed during the interview.
