From skincare and mineral makeup to hair care and deodorants—each product is made right here in our Hazel Green, Wisconsin organic facility with a FULL 5-step traceback system to our ingredient farmers. With integrity and transparency at our core, if we can't make it 100% clean, we simply don't make it.

As our Operations Manager, you'll be the heartbeat that keeps our hive buzzing efficiently! You'll orchestrate the harmony between our customers, team members, and production processes while ensuring our growth stays on track. This isn't just about maintaining systems—it's about elevating our entire operation while preserving the personal touch our customers love. You'll have your hands in everything from customer happiness to employee development to inventory management, making you essential to our mission of creating the cleanest beauty products possible.
What You'll Bee Doing:
Team Leadership & Development Lead a team of 6-10, fostering a positive and engaged culture Serve as our "Team Happiness Coordinator" Conduct quarterly reviews and coordinate training with team leads Manage hiring, scheduling, and (when needed) terminations Oversee payroll hours and track team productivity Inventory & Vendor Management Manage ingredient sourcing and vendor relationships Budget for supplies and monitor inventory levels Forecast stock and team capacity needs Submit required product testing Business Operations & Growth Streamline operations and reduce inefficiencies Build and refine SOPs Research and implement tools/software for efficiency Ensure compliance with organic, safety, and industry standards Partner with the Owner on promotional planning Lead weekly Level 10 team meetings Analyze KPIs and trends to drive growth and solve challenges Customer Experience & Communication Deliver exceptional support, including product knowledge, inquiries, and returns/exchanges Improve customer experience on website and support inquiries Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams Update website shipping dates daily Moderate product reviews and remove spam

Requirements:
Must-Haves:
2+ years of operations or management experience Background in e-commerce operations Proven track record in team leadership and development Strong customer service background Proficiency with inventory management systems Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets and digital tools Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in beauty, wellness, or natural products industry Knowledge of organic certification processes Experience with CRM and project management software Understanding of digital marketing concepts
